The Markdown Preview tool is a dual-pane editor that renders your Markdown to HTML the moment you type it. Keep the source on the left, see the rendered result on the right — a fast way to compose README files, documentation, blog posts and changelogs without switching between an editor and a browser tab.
It ships with the core CommonMark specification plus GitHub Flavored Markdown extensions: tables, task lists, strikethrough, automatic links and fenced code blocks with language labels. Because the rendered output is sanitized before display, pasting raw HTML into your document can't run scripts — event handlers, embedded media and unsafe URLs are stripped.
Your draft is auto-saved to this browser's local storage, so reopening the page picks up where you left off. Copy the rendered HTML, download it as a standalone file, or keep writing — everything stays on your device, and nothing is ever uploaded.
