Watermarks use a fixed bold Helvetica in dark grey so the output stays predictable: labels like CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or © Copyright render cleanly at any size from 12 to 120 pt. The text is centered on each page and auto-shrinks to stay within the page width. A watermark is a visual deterrent, not redaction — to permanently remove content, use PDF Redact. Password-protected files should be unlocked with PDF Unlock first, and the output isn't re-protected.
